In 2021 our family was devastated by a complete home loss due to a fire. If you haven’t experienced such a catastrophe, than let me say that it is a full-time job working with the insurance company, excavators, contractors, local code and building commissions etc. When this happens, it’s an overwhelming job that comes at the very worst time. I called several builders and ultimately was impressed with Adam and the Modway group since they had actual experience in working with insurance companies. Having worked as a contractor myself for years, I could tell immediately when someone has worked with insurance companies as there is a “language” i.e. recoverable depreciation, coverage A, B, C etc. that is spoken/ understood….and Modway understands it. They also understood that communication—frequent calls and updates are the source of peace during such a process.
