Building indoors in huge environmentally protected building centers means that the components in each of our modular homes are not exposed to rain, mold, snow, or other harmful elements. It also allows us to build year-round without the weather delays that are common in traditional stick-built onsite construction. Additionally, building homes off-site in our protected building centers means that we can maintain an experienced team of local craftsmen to build each home, while also allowing us to recycle and reuse a lot of our materials, reducing waste and the use of landfill space.
