Affordable housing and Modway Homes are generally synonymous with each other. People learning how to live within their means is sometimes not easy. Budgeting money in order to pay a house payment, groceries, and entertainment is difficult because of needs versus wants. Needs versus wants are sometimes hard to identify. Identifying the two is easy when you stop to think about it. Firstly, having a roof over your head is a need; cover, and concealment from the elements. Filling a family’s stomach with food and water is a necessity. Being clothed is important for modesty and safety from the elements. Finally, last but not least is the need for sleep. It makes it much easier to live in an affordable house than a house that one is killing themself over by working twenty hours of overtime to achieve living in. Therefore, we contend, that affordable housing is a basic need.
