First of all, we value your interest and share some valuable information for you to consider. We listen to your wants, needs, and desires relative to your budget, and timeframe. We provide the value of our process, resources, and partnerships we have built over the last 20+ years. We invite you to tour our floor plans and our manufacturer to get acquainted with us personally, and our company. In a limited amount of time, you will know Modway Homes will be a comfortable “fit” to build your new dream home.

FREE Property Evaluation

We encourage and advise all builders to see your property in person prior to a commitment. However, way too often, we hear that builder has charged a homeowner overage during the build for not doing their appropriate homework. Please know that “allowances” most of the time turn into added expenses which should have been avoided. Providing realistic information based on your property details keeps the process less straining on your pocketbook. Post site inspection, Modway Homes provides you a custom, line-itemized quote to build your new home by avoiding “allowances” and “overages.”

FREE CUSTOM QUOTE

After we have done our due diligence to research the location of your home, utilities, soil types, zoning setbacks, tree removal, demolitions, city utilities, septic challenges, water tables, we then provide you your line items custom quote. This allows you to feel comfortable transferring your trust for Modway to be your new builder. Construction and Aftermarket Service

To begin your construction part of the process begins with a detailed construction preview. This allows you to understand the specific scope of work we are obligated to handle and provides a clear indication our subcontractor team is competent to build your new Modway Home. Our after-market service is one of the most important parts of our building process. Knowing you have a team that cares for you to provide you the service you deserve. We provide a list of home warranty items and prepare you for what is considered the privilege of being a new homeowner. Our referrals are based on the entire experience. However, we thoroughly understand your Modway aftermarket service experience is when you will sing our praises with your family, friends, and colleagues.
