Let's Build a Home
We’ve reached an agreement to build your home. The next step is to secure financing and determine your approved budget. At this point, we offer free land inspections or assist in finding suitable land for your project.
SECURE FINANCING
Now, it’s time to secure financing to ensure you have the necessary funds for your home’s essentials and desires. We collaborate with various lenders to help you attain your preferred home and payment plan.
Not Approved
We obviously hope that this is not the case, obviously, but sometimes it happens that you are not approved. Either it is a credit issue, debt-to-income ratio, or something else that disqualifies you. However; it is not the end of the road! We just have to back up and work through it together to get approved!
APPROVED! LET'S BEGIN!
During this stage, you’ll collaborate with our designer to create your dream home. We’ll finalize your options, and then we’ll initiate the ordering process.
Construction Preview
We’ll have a meeting to discuss what you can expect moving forward. During this gathering, you’ll meet the key individuals guiding you through the process: our Designer, Founder, and Project Manager, who will be your main point of contact with subcontractors.
Construction Begins
We commence construction by forwarding your requests to the factory. Simultaneously, we begin building either the crawlspace or basement, preparing it for the final assembly. Expectation and an introduction to your build log will happen that day as well!
Utilities
We get utilities installed such as electric, gas, water, and either septic or sewer lines installed. This prepares us to work simultaneously with our fit and finish crews.
DRAWS & PAYMENTS
Throughout the whole process there are fazes that require that we draw monies in order to complete the job. We will let you or your bank know the draws that we need as we process through the home.
House is Set
The home is now done in the factory and is ready to be set in the house. Most of our houses come on two trailers and they then are placed by crane on to the foundation.
FIT & FINISH
Our crews will start making your house a home and it will be amazing – your home will be move-in ready and gorgeous! You will love your home and we are excited to make this happen for you!
